Warm Ups: Ballet Jumps (best done on non-carpet/rug surfaces)
Pliè combo: 2 demi-pliès in 1st. 1 deep pliè in 1st. Touch floor, legs straight. Stand up. Relevè, then down. Point r- foot to 2nd. 2 demi-pliès in 2nd. 1 deep pliè in 2nd. Right arm over head to left and then back. Relevè, then down. Repeat all 4x. On deep pliè, heels will lift about 1.5" off the ground.
Tèndù: Start in 1st. Point r-foot to 2nd. Back to 1st and demi-pliè. Point r-foot behind. Back to 1st and demi-pliè. Repeat with left. Repeat all 4x.
Dègagè: Start in 1st with r-foot. L-foot on ground with leg straight. Lift r-foot to 2nd, hard point, leg straight. Toe is cupcake height off ground. Back to 1st. 8x each foot. Then 4x each foot. Then 2x each foot. Then 1x each foot. Then 1x each foot.
sautè: Start in 1st. Jump. Point feet. Land in 1st. Demi-pliè. 8x. Repeat in 2nd position 8x.
èchappè: Start in 1st. Jump. Point feet. Jump to 2nd to right. Demi-pliè. Jump to 5th with left foot in front. 8x. Repeat landing in 2nd to left. 8x.
changement: Start in 5th, right foot in front. Jump. Point feet, legs straight, squeeze. Land with feet switched. Think jump, squeeze, switch. 8x.
royalè: Start in 5th, r-foot in front. Jump as high as you can in the air without sacrificing posture. Point feet together with hard cross over at top of thighs. Land with feet switched. Think jump, squeeze, switch. 8x. Cross legs on the squeeze. 8x.
entrechat quatre: Start in 5th. Demi-Pliè. Jump switch in air. Switch once more upon landing. 8x. Repeat with left foot in front. Yes....this is a DIDDY DUM!!!

Slow Toe Rise: 1-8b rep (1x in ea rep): up...2...3...4...down...2...3...4
Med Toe Rise: 1-8b reps(4x in ea rep): up 2 down 2, up 2 down 2, up 2 down 2, up 2 down 2
Fast Toe Rise: 1-8b reps (8x in ea rep): pulse 2-3-4-5-6-7-8, pulse 2-3-4-5-6-7-8
Ankle Circles: 2 each direction per foot. Trace a dinner plate with toe.
Calf Stretch: Right foot forward. Then Left foot forward.
Leg Swing: 3 directions. 2 swings per direction. Each leg.
Soldier Walk (16b): Hard Flex and Point
Rally (16b): Bang back rally switch rally switch rally hop back
Tip Down (16b) : (r)Bang Hop a (r)tip and down (r)tip and down. (l)Bang Hop a (l)tip and down (l)tip and down.
Clicks: Low (8b). Waist (8b). Above Waist (8b)
Step Work: Step Right/Left Side (3x per focus per speed)
